This is a perfect time of year to take a step back and assess how you’ve done. We spend so much time planning for the year ahead and then invest nearly all of our time and effort in trying to achieve our goals. However, it’s critical to keep in mind that any good plan should be flexible and adaptable in order to identify and overcome obstacles that unexpectedly arise.

This approach can be applied to organizations and individuals. For organizations, they may have experienced an unexpected loss of a top performer or have determined that an employee is not a good fit for their current role; for individuals, they may have missed a critical goal or received constructive feedback from their manager during a mid-year performance assessment. In either case, flexibility is key.

We at OI Global Partners face the same challenges – as an organization trying to achieve its performance goals and as a business partner trying to help clients and candidates be successful according to their respective plan. For your reference, here are links to several posts from The vOIce, which is our blog. We hope this information is helpful in influencing your efforts to achieve all of your goals for the year.

We’re here to help. Please contact us or share your thoughts on any of our social media platforms.

Best wishes for your success!

Thank you.
