Wallace Associates, an OI Global Partner, is owned and managed by Chris Wallace, a recognized career strategist with over 25 years of experience. During her career, Chris has held management positions in human resources, recruiting, career management, coaching, and teaching at the college level.

Wallace Associates specializes in career transition/outplacement and executive coaching. Chris utilizes a range of appropriate assessments from a powerful suite of instruments and integrates these into the career management and coaching process. Chris is certified by the International Coach Federation and receives ongoing training to remain current in the field.Chris has a Master’s degree in Counseling and a BS in Social Work, both from Kansas State University. She has also taken post-graduate courses in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Early in her career, Chris had ten years of experience in Human Resources, working for Pizza Hut, Inc. and NCR Corporation. From 2004-2010, Chris served as VP Consulting Services with Right Management and oversaw the career management division in a four-state area. Prior to that, Chris was President and CEO of Wallace Associates, Inc., a privately held outplacement firm in Wichita, Kansas. During the six years she owned the business, she consulted with a variety of large and small corporations, providing outplacement and employee coaching services. Chris also served as the manager of the Wichita office of Drake Beam Morin, Inc. before establishing her own firm. While at DBM, she helped manage a career center for Boeing and Via Christi Health, offering career transition services to over 2,200 employees.
