Managing Partner, OI Global Partners
Susan is a founding partner of ICC Inc., and she is responsible for leading operations, finance and strategy. With more than two decades of business experience, Susan has developed a superpower for ending “business bloat” (inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication) and retooling companies into sleeker, smoother, more strategically focused organizations.
After graduating from Marquette University with a degree in finance, Susan jump-started her career working for The Chicago-Tribune and Chiquita Brands. Entrepreneurial by nature, Susan also owned her own successful business working with clients that included Honey Baked Ham, Omni Netherland Plaza, the NFL, Cincinnati Bengals and Museum Works Galleries. Ask her to quote Monty Python and the Holy Grail to get taste of her cheeky sense of humor.
Susan holds a B.S. in Finance from Marquette University.
Shawna Simcik, CMP
President, Business Leadership, ICC, Inc.
Managing Partner, OI Global Partners
Shawna is a founding partner of ICC Inc., and she is responsible for successfully managing and fostering current and prospective client relationships, ensuring proper and consistent delivery of organizational development services and planning and executing the business strategy to consistently deliver innovative solutions.
A true Colorado native, she graduated with her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska. Shawna is an authentic leader with a strong commitment to mentoring, promoting collaboration and developing of new approaches that are built on credibility, creativity, ethics and knowledge. A die-hard Broncos fan, you’ll find her on Sundays in the fall and winter in orange and blue at Sports Authority Field.
Senior Vice President
Meredith’s personal mission is to partner with organizations to create “best places to work” filled with engaged employees and “follower-worthy” managers and leaders. Meredith guides leaders, teams and entire organizations to increase productivity and profitability while developing happier employees. She personally specializes in leveraging natural strengths and creative instincts in the workplace – through team development programs as well as through career coaching and pre-hire selection and development assessments.
Meredith has worked with clients across industries including travel and hospitality; large international retailers; oil and gas; credit unions, banks and other financial services organizations; supply chain and distribution; sales; health care and insurance; publishing; and national and community-based nonprofits. Meredith brings her energy, contagious positivity and wicked sense of humor to every interaction and relationship in order to build trust and foster authentic partnerships so ICC and our clients can do great work together.
Team Support Services
Courtney guarantees the highest attention to detail and quality for each of ICC’s client engagements. She has natural strengths in process improvement, organization and planning. She drives implementation of all talent management projects from initiation to completion and keeps every project running smoothly and efficiently. She has a passion for learning what makes people tick. Combined with her unique experience in business management, that allows her to create operational efficiencies that fit each client’s unique organizational personality.
Courtney graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. As a wannabe Colorado-native, Courtney can be found on the weekends at her favorite fishing hole or any of the local camping hot spots.
Senior Career Transition Coach
Jill partners with individuals to deliver the most current methods for job search and career transition. She enjoys guiding clients through transition periods with individual coaching, resume development and personal branding. She also supports ICC’s optimal leadership development summits with her project management and support skills.
Jill has been with ICC for four years, and prior to that she spent 10 years in both the staffing and retail industries. Her work included recruitment, sales and management. She was a top sales producer in her market.
Senior Trainer and Career Transition Coach
Amy believes that high-functioning, engaged teams begin with smart hiring and thoughtful onboarding practices. With the right team in place, continued training and development keeps the team operating at its highest potential. She uses her natural humor to connect with clients on an authentic level, and she loves her work. Her obvious passion for helping individuals and teams succeed translates into dynamic and productive sessions for her clients.
Prior to joining ICC, Amy worked for a large global retailer for more than 20 years as a general manager and trainer. She led the opening of numerous stores; hiring, training and developing staffs of up to 120 people. She has trained and developed individuals with wide ranging responsibilities from front-line service workers to middle managers to store managers.

Bill’s expertise is sought globally by organizations from start-ups and family businesses to large private and Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in onboarding and integration for new executives with a focus on problem-solving that allows these leaders to quickly create a team environment. In addition, he has keen insight in assessing talent and organizational culture during mergers and acquisitions that leads to rapid integration and bottom-line impacts for corporations. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience and is committed to providing the highest quality of customized service that enhances performance by individuals, teams and organizations.
Bill has worked as a senior consultant, account manager and internal faculty member with a global senior management consulting firm. While there, he provided executive coaching to leaders at companies like K.N. Energy, Children’s Hospital, Catholic Health, Centura and WSC in London. He has also been an internal human resource consultant and taught at multiple colleges in the areas of psychology and management.

Gail has spent her career helping others navigate the complex job transition waters. For more than 15 years, she has built trust and strong personal connections with her clients as she listens to their needs and helps them identify their abilities and passions. She specializes in helping clients turn what can be a daunting time into one of excitement and challenge as she helps them develop plans for their career transitions.
Gail has facilitated hundreds of group workshops and assisted thousands of clients individually from entry-level to C-suite executives. She began her professional career in banking in New York City and then made the move to human resources where she spent many years recruiting talent into financial institutions. Prior to launching into the career transition industry, she served as the chief of staff for a biotechnology company developing an AIDS vaccine.

Prior to taking an entrepreneurial path, Kerm spent 26 years as a manager in the telecommunications industry. Twenty-two of those years were spent in human resources, with significant responsibilities ranging from hiring and firing to labor relations and most other hands-on HR accountabilities.

Liz’s niche in facilitation and leadership development began during her more than 12 years working at the Walt Disney Company. Over the years, she expanded that specialty to include change management, career transitions and team development. She helps clients hone in on root issues that are standing in the way of their success and then helps them develop practical strategies for overcoming those barriers. Her clients commend her insight, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
As a consultant, Liz has corporate leadership and training expertise, including cultural orientation, communication, customer service and leadership development. She is an expert facilitator with exceptional ability to relate to all levels of employees and is recognized for her unique ability to adapt message and delivery mechanism in wide variety of environments and to diverse audiences.
Liz has held HRBP, HR management and leadership roles in learning and development. She has worked as an executive coach in both internal and external roles with an emphasis on successful transitions and organizational transformation. She has more than four years’ experience in the government and military sectors. She has worked in a variety of other industries throughout the U.S.

Tapping into her years of experience as a human resources executive, Marsha works with individuals to determine their unique employee brand, skills, attributes and ideal cultural fit to help them thrive and become even more successful in the next chapter of their career. Her experience as a Human Resources leader spans entrepreneurial start-up businesses to large, global organizations in a variety of industries including high-tech, finance and telecommunications, where she led recruiting, organizational development and training.
Along with her work as an ICC transition coach, Marsha is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver. She is passionate about developing programs and working with organizations and individuals to bring out their inner mojo.
Stephanie Lewis Williams, Ph.D.
Senior Leadership Consultant
Stephanie Williams specializes in helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve excellence. She guides her clients through changes that will help them access their strengths and strong leadership abilities. As she works with clients, her passion and expertise shine through, and she becomes a true partner in effecting positive change.
Her extensive background includes work in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering and construction, energy, health care, and government and not-for-profit organizations. She has served as a consultant with both Towers Watson and Booz & Company, and she has held leadership roles in the learning and organizational development groups at Chase Manhattan Bank and CH2M. Over the past few years, she has extended her expertise to clients in Asia and Europe, in addition to North America.
Stephanie has taught undergraduate and MBA courses in management, consulting and organizational behavior at the University of Michigan and the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Teri DePuy, PHR
Senior Transition Coach
As a recovering-HR-executive-turned-career-coach, Teri guides her clients through the difficult job transition process by helping them understand and embrace the value of being who they are, inspiring them to get intentional about where they really want to go next, and supporting them in navigating how to confidently get there.
Teri’s multidimensional background and experience is of high value to her clients. Her professional career began as manager of a 9-1-1 communications center, which launched her career in leadership roles in public safety, technology, telecommunications and higher education. In each leadership position, she gathered practical experience in all phases of a typical business life cycle from start-up to maturity to exit for both publicly-traded and privately held organizations, which fuels her ability to coach the most tenured professionals to front-line managers in nearly every industry and role.
A pivotal career change occurred when Teri was leading Human Resources as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development where she oversaw leadership development, executive compensation and succession planning initiatives. Her passion for developing individuals and teams to achieve their full potential has led her to the work she loves today.
